Two guys "hooked up" my music listening connection--it worked fine until the next morning when I forgot how to operate it. (His next b'day he'll be 91 and his wife (moi) doesn't go near it. HELP!!!!!

Zach was wonderful and did a great job explaining what was going on to 2 people who are NOT tech savvy. We really appreciated all he did. Give the man a raise!!! He more than deserves it!!!!

Austin showed up EARLY for our set up! He did a great job, using safety protocols, and explained everything he was doing. He asked questions to be sure everything was the way we needed it to be.

I THOUGHT I HAD RECEIVED A COMPLETE INITIAL SETUP FROM GEEK SQUAD INCLUDING ABILITY TO SEND ITEMS FROM MY NEW LAPTOP TO MY PRINTER HOWEVER I FOUND OUT 3 WEEKS LATER FROM COX TECHNICIANS THAT THE FUNCTION HAD NOT BEEN COMPLETED.

The agent set up my computer, including finding why my Microsoft Word wouldn't work. I could NOT go without my "Word" program! I was thankful that he worked until he figured it out!

Since I am basically technology illiterate, I depend on the Geek Squad to set things up for me when I purchase new equipment. I don't know what I'd do without them!

Shannon is a superior Geek. He did an excellent job. My neighbor was unfortunate enough to get a terrible Geek who did a terrible job. Luckily, she was able to have Shannon come in a rectify the mistakes the first Geek made.

The technician from the Geek Squad was very understanding. I gave him the wrong password for my computer. He was still able to hook up the Internet. When I remembered the password he came back and set up the printer
