The technician was great; answered all of my questions and persevered in the face of a bit of a complicated home office setup. Made some excellent recommendations and was honest about what to expect from what I purchased.

Being someone who is not very tech savvy, I depend on my Geeks when I need advice on new upgraded equipment AND when I have problems with my phone or computer. I bought a new Iphone and a new laptop based on their advice.

The agent set up my desktop computer and two monitors. He connected my Brother printer. He transferred all my data from the old computer. Everything works as it should.

The agent did various tests to track down the cause of why my computer was running slow. After the diagnostic, my computer is now running fast. The agent also installed web root for me .

The agent installed a Router and plugged in two extenders. I am still confused about having two networks working now and I am not sure what to do. I have an AT&T Gateway and I guess the answer is I have to talk to AT&T about whether I can turn it off and make the Tp Link my only router.

Mathew set up my new printer and helped with new tower set up to my desk top computer and explained everything plus tips. Plus had questions and was able to answer. He was great!

The agent set up my hp windows laptop and went above & beyond to listen to my real purpose to Use it for my back up work option when my work computer fails. Offered suggestions for the hub to meet my hoals!

In seven years I never had my all-in-one desktop tuned up. It needed file cleaning and general servicing to get it working better again. Service at my home by Geek Squad was extremely professional and well credentialed.

The geek squad did an in home installation. My agent was really wonderful and explained every detail to me so that I could understand what he was doing. He was very pleasant and nice to answer all questions for me.

I had started the set up before the Geek Squad arrived. He continued where I left off and installed programs that were important to me. It was a relief to have the Geek Squad get my computer up and running.

The Geek squad transferred files from old computer and then installed new computer and printer, made sure TV connected to internet, and best of all were totally reassuring and competent.

Can't think of buying a new computer with out including the Geek Squad. Not only are they professional in all aspects, they always keep the client in their loop.

The agent helped with the transition from Dropbox to One Drive. This required a significant amount of folders and files restructuring. He also dealt with uploading of pictures from ipad to icloud.

The gentleman who installed my tv and connected it to cable was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and very professional. He took the time to explain how the new set up works and answered all my questions.

The agent was very though in his explanation of the new features of my new Imac. He installed the Webroot security software that I purchased and he made sure I understood the desktop's capabilities.

He worked for at least an hour getting everything up and running.
