Alan was great! He obviously knew exactly what he was doing and got everything working properly and answered all our questions in language we could understand!

They did ALL the checks regarding my speaker, and tried everything to get it to work. That didn't happen, but it's not from lack of trying. Good job, but could be faulty equipment.

Our computer was running really slow, so we brought it in to Best Buy's geek squad and they did a cleanup on the computer. It didn't take but a day or two to get a text that it was ready to be picked up and this was during Thanksgiving.

I was struggling with how to "stream". Pleased with the help I got from Daniel. I had a couple more questions and he also helped me over the phone. thank you!

In-Home service, NO worries. Agent knocks on door with mask & gloves , booties on feet & disinfectant in hand. He wipes everything he touches before and after. All greatly appreciated!

Again , Paul Vitale the Geek squad agent was very accommodating and helpful . My wife and I are not technically proficient so having someone like Paul to call on is very reassuring .

Trey is a very professional agent with great people skills. Having never installed a Cintiq he was very resourceful in solving the problem. He was very courteous and efficient with his time here.

Agent arrived on time, worked quickly to install 2 tv sets on walls but could not do the computer set up because the WIFI was needed to complete the order and it was to be installed the next day.

Geek Squad arrived right on time as expected. he took computer out of the box and began setting it up for operation and setting up my mail and files. Service was very efficient. He was polite and efficient.

Why would you not want to pay extra to get your device setup. I totally recommend this product when you purchase a large appliance, tv, refrigerator, freezer, etc.

Andre was wonderful. He made a home visit and transferred my data to my new computer, and helped with the set-up. He was very respectful and followed all of the COVID-19 protocol.

Computer set up, printer and software install was terrific. Courteous tech, safety protocol followed and I could not have been happier. Even took away my empty boxes!!

The tech came promptly, ran the setup, ensured the Windows 10 updates and patches were properly installed and working, connected the printer, checked the system repeatedly for proper functioning. A very pleasant experience.

while the tech set my desk top quickly there were issues with windows that he could get resolved, They were rude in speaking with him on the speaker phone . He finally had to leave & windows transfer me on the phone with Microsoft who were finally able to transfer my data and email folders to the new desk top.

Everything went perfectly He explained the problem and how he would rectify the problem and did that He was polite and professional He should be promoted ahead of his peers A true pleasure!!

Mike was great! He efficient and maintained Covid protocol and when he was through he reviewed everything with us and showed me how to work some of the newer software.

Geek squad member, Jason (?) could not have been better. Efficient and patient in showing me how to do things and explaining how & why. Wish I had him around to help at least weekly.

He repaired the "ring" he was very courteous and proffesional. I am not very good with the electronic technology, he was very patient and answered all my questions.
