Agent (Timothy, he is THE best!) connected my new computer to my printer, updated linkages & features. He's done great service at our home for my wife & I.

Geek Squad set up my new computer quickly, moved my router and modem to an easy-to-reach spot, made sure my printer and email were working correctly and that I knew how to operate everything.

Because of Dell computer problem, we had to obtain replacement from Dell.....Geek Squad stayed the course and got everything working with second computer

The Geek squad installer was on time as promised. He installed my new desk top computer and reviewed with me the programs I needed to be able to use again. He was very courteous.

Charles, the geek squad agent, did a wonderful job setting up our computer, monitor, and printer. He also assisted me installing Office and making sure everything was working with the wifi too.

Technician set up a new laptop including internet/wifi/transfer of old files, set up desk top, security screening links to favorite web sites, rapid log in.

They mounted my TV and connected all of my devices. They also had additional products that I needed in stock on their truck! I always use their service with any products I purchase at Best Buy!

So glad we signed up for the Geek Squad Tech support. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was great at trouble shooting and did not leave until everything was working properly.

I was so impressed with the two Geek Squad representatives who helped me download pictures on my late Mother's Apple computer so I could have them. They were so courteous and professional.
