The problem was solved by the technician. He was prompt, quick, & very helpful to fixing our connection with our tv. I highly recommend the geek squad services!

Would like for my computer to be checked to be sure all works well. Once I could not reach cox. It said unable to connect with mail server. Then said mail server temporary.

Couldn't have gone smoother! While I did some of the setup, my Geek Squad tech was wonderful. He didn't rush things and explained the process as he went along.

The rep was able to install my new equipment with no problems, and didn't complain about having to reach behind and underneath things to get to my limited power supplies. He was also very organized.

Geek squad techs were great, even thouh HP laptops (2 of them) were defective and had to be returned to Best Buy. Finally purchased a Lenover instead
