I think Chris was very very good. I hold back on five stars only because it was a recent visit. If all goes well for another few months move it up to five stars. I'll be looking to buy a new computer soon and am hoping to chat with Chris about it as he was very open and knowledgeable.

Geek Squad came and programmed my new remote to my new Apple TV and also answered any questions I had, even the next day when I called to help me due to losing power.

The tech was very well versed in computer installation as well as answering questions I had. Really a good experience for such a tedious job of installation (wouldn't know how to begin). Thank you Hosea!

The Geek Squad showed up on time and set up my new LG OLED 4K TV. Once setup the rep went over all of the controls and answered my questions in terms I could understand. Very happy
