I’m not very techy so Geek Squad set up printer, while setting up computer; took old printer & used ink cartridges for disposal,

Old computer died so it was time for an upgrade. Checked out my options and chose Best Buy. Deciding facts were the people at the Natomas store and the service provided. Will be back!!!!!

This service is SO worth it. And the Geek Squad Tech was wonderfully patient and respectful. I will use this service from now on rather than struggle through set up on my own.

Decal of product in store said “easy”, 5mins. WRONG! Agent was very expert in setting up system and it still took quite a while. I can’t imagine who put up easy decal?
