I had asked to lengthen the lines to my new TV that I bought from Best Buy. This was not done. I also added Eero mesh system that works occasionally. The Ring doorbell has not worked since the Eero mesh system was installed. I have since bought a Dell desktop, Samsung Monitor, and an HP printer from Best Buy. I paid once again to have this installed. I have tried several times both on line and via phone to schedule an appointment-to no avail. Tonight I received an email that stated my appointment had been cancelled. This was an added insult. I am extremely disappointed and dismayed at the Geek Squad service and their Customer Service representatives.

I can't say enough about Shawn setting up out new Dell. Made it so simple to access all our files. Best choose we made in this purchase and having someone set this up for us.

Camera works fine.The only problem is the changing of the batteries. The capture is very clear in the day but the night capture isn't so clear. All you can see is shadow and no faces so you can't really tell who it is unless they are directly in front of the camera and close to it.

I thought he did a great job, but the scanning was not set up on the printer. I obviously did not ask all of the right questions. Thank goodness I bought the service.

The agent started the process to transfer my data from my desktop computer to my MacBook Pro. He said he couldn’t wait. Six days later, he was supposed to come back at 9:30 to 10:30 in the morning. He didn’t come. I texted him I called him. Finally I called Best Buy and was on hold forever. Then he texted me at 11:30 to say he would come but there was another job before me. Kaleb was very inconsiderate of my time. He should have texted me by 9:30 at the latest so that I could use my time productively. I am a full time care taker of my father who is dying of cancer. I have precious little free time off from caring for him. I am angry that he left me in limbo for so long.
