The installer only knew how to install, He couldn't even answer a simple question about browsers. He didn't know what a browser was. One of my printers couldn't be installed. I was pleased that he forgave that charge. The other printer might be installed but needed a cable and he didn't have one to sell me. I haven't hooked the printer up yet and don't know if it will print for me, I haven't used any of the tech support I paid for and probably won't renew. I have slowly been figuring things on my own because of a lack of any instructions with the computer.

I had a power failure and it blew out the wireless modules in my printers. Diagnosis was needed and then new equipment set up. They did a great job.

The tech unboxed my computer, monitor, tower, keyboard, and printer. He loaded my windows program and moved my information from one computer to the other. I'm satisfied!

Transfer was from a very old Mac so many functions were very different. The photos did not transfer from iPhoto but most were retrieved from the camera card. I had more questions but the time was up and the tech had to leave. I will probably need more help in the fuuture. Otherwise I love this machine.

The agent did what i asked and I am. very pleased. But I still have one other problem Voicemail. I have been calling AT&T to delete it from my account with no luck. I did no realize my new AT&T telephone had an answering system built in.

The agent got all the information he needed to set up my computer after I had a hard drive installed. He had to call my provider since I didn't have it.

My systems all work BECAUSE I use GEEK Squad to set up and work with each other. Affordable not cheap, if you want cheap see your buddy and then get it done right by GEEK Squad.

I had a lovely man (Miguel) come to my home, very neat and clean, respectful. Did a great job answered my questions and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Would call him again in a hearttbeat
