The agent entered and began his job immediately. He checked all the cables, sound, and helped me with programs I didn’t understand. His help made all the difference.

Previous Geek visit found faulty modem on laptop. Installed plug-in modem unit and connected printer. Lost connection, cause unknown, and restored connection. Great job.

Once again, I called on the services and expertise of Geek Squad. I bought a new laptop (and other ancillary products) from Best Buy. I attempted to set up the device myself, but I require the assistance of Geek Squad. They were very helpful and accomplished the mission.

The Dell monitor is just what I needed. I am using as a secondary monitor for my Apple Mac computer. The set up was easy and it is working great for me so far.

He did a great job of setting everything up and making sure it was where ai needed it it. He cleaned up everything and even tied off the cords so it was very neat.

The agent recommended we upgrade our Router for our new HP printer. We did, and was to setup our printer with a new Router.
