Geek Squad Tried to fix my laptop but it was done

Want to thank them for there Help and being as old as it was and Microsoft offered no part to fix it. now they have up-dated and Transferred OLD to New one , Good Job!

A helpful agent

I just wish he had shown me how to get my new printer to print from my computer. He showed me how to copy things right on the printer. That works fine.
