Installation and setup of new computer and printer

He set the computer and printer up and explained what he was doing as he went along. He copied our old files. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and very patient as he had two older people to deal with who were not really happy about having to learn new programs.

Had to lug it all down to store to have a very nice person fix the problem. Works very well now
