      My word files wasn't loaded when I came in to pick up my computer. I was giving 20 minutes and stayed there three hours waiting for it to load. Then I missed my appointment at my house and had to reschedule.

      The young man who came to the home was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in setting up my new smart phone. I do wish I did not have to wait 3 weeks for the visit.

      Lock down is a bad time for all, also for your services. Was time consuming, still waiting even after having appointment for a technical support online and almost could not buy anything.
