I truly wish I had purchased this game for Xbox One as well. I watched a fair amount of gameplay before I purchased this game, and I wanted the game before the gameplay video was over. It's so much fun. I never played Diablo on PC. Boy was I missing out. There's so much to do, and it's a lengthy game. I would recommend this game to anyone taking a break from Destiny and COD.

I never thought I would really be glued on these type of games but despite the battle system, imo, being very simple the looting makes this game hard to put down. The online play is also very great as you will be able to team up with friends to tackle dungeons. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a good time killer.

Diablo 3 started off rough, but the expansion and its future updates - especially the removal of the stupid real money auction house - have rounded it out into probably the best loot-focused action RPG. Insane levels of replay value, but grinding out bounties and Greater Nephalem Rifts does get old after hundreds of times. They have continued to add gear, areas, and the seasons keep it fresh. Worth your time, especially at the current price.

I got Diablo 3 when it released for Mac a couple years ago. In less than 24 hours I have far surpassed all the progress I had made playing on my computer in that time. OK, so we're not part of the 'PC Master Race.' Some of us enjoy lounging on the couch with controller in hands. I get it, some people are adamant that this stays on PC/Mac, but let me tell you that it's orders of magnitude more fun for me to play on console. The graphics are gorgeous and runs silky smooth. I do wish we could zoom in a little bit, but I remember hearing in a Dev video that they zoomed out actually because us console players are used to using more of the screen? Or something along those lines. The gameplay is a little button-mashy, but it's actually rather deep. After about 4 hours your class choice will really start to shine and you'll be unlocking some powers that make you smile. The loot system is EPIC. I must say that some of the symbols are still confusing to me. And I'm not sure what different stats (like vitality) mean to my character. I can spend some time really looking at that, but it would have been nice to have an in-game tutorial. I can't believe I just wished for a tutorial, but I think that says something about the depth of the game. On the surface it's easy to pick up a controller and figure out - OK, X is my basic attack, and R2 is a cool one, and Square is going to be AOE, etc... but you can really spend time mapping the powers to your controller and then figuring out the proper loot to equip. I was on the fence about this, but I figured I have close to two months until The Evil Within comes out so this could fill my time. I don't regret it. So if you don't like using a keyboard and mouse and staring at a screen 2 feet away to play games, then you're in good company. It's a great game to chill too. There's really no thought to the gameplay and there's always action going on. I came off a The Last Of Us kick where I was doing Grounded mode, so I was used to dying over and over again from the same three enemies. This is so different and fast paced it actually makes me smile at times when I see the monster massacre counter increasing. All in all it's a fun game if you like this type of style. If you don't like this style of RPG, then keep holding out until Dragon Age.

This is my first time playing Diablo and I'm quite impressed. It's a ton of fun going through the many dungeons. Good graphics, good gameplay all around fun. The looting is rewarding, kill monsters get better loot, kill stronger monsters get better loot.

My wife bought this for me for X-mas based on my brother recommendation. It reminds me of Champions: Rise to Arms a PS2 game action RPG I used to play with my brother growing up. Lots of multiplayer fun for those interested both local and online.

Love the Diablo series. It is so rare nowadays to have couch to couch coop, instead of all online. Just for that alone, it deserves an extra star or 2. Start, learn, enjoy folks.

Diablo III capitalizes on sweet, sweet loot. It's the game that the PC version should have been!

If you are looking for an addicting couch coop game with your buddies, this is it. Sunk many many hours into this with my friends.

Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition on the PS4 is easily the definitive version of Diablo 3. As ever the gameplay and story are superb and using a controller for it feels like it's how the game was meant to be played even after sinking countless hours into the PC version. It's also gorgeous and runs at a rock solid 60 FPS at 1080p.

This is my first Diablo game since the first one on the PC! I enjoy it. Lots of great loot too!!

Good game that I can have fun with from time to time. Enjoy it more on the console than on PC.

This version is the absolute best available! PSN multiplayer is fun and rewarding. BUY IT!!!

I played the PC D3 version twice over, and thoroughly enjoy PS4 over the PC version.

Co-Op or solo the platform game is an improvement on the PC version.

As a huge fan of PS2's Baldur's Gate; Dark Alliance I & II, no way on Earth was I going to pass the opportunity to play a game that was inspired by those same titles. It didn't disappoint. Blizzard hit a home run on it's console version. Strongly recommended.

My husband and I like to play video games together in our spare time and this is one of our favorites. It's hard to find good couch co-op games but this one turned out to be really fun and has a lot of hours of game play.
