Great game. Fast pick up and easy ordering process

Before deciding whether a game is good or bad, you should be able to play the game first. With its glitchy server dependencies, Diablo 4 makes it impossible to play the game due to terrible lagging and banding. Not playable without network connectivity either. Do not waste your money.

This is my last time preordering an item from Best Buy. I preordered the game in April, expecting to receive the game on release day. Best Buy didn't ship the game until release day and tracking info shows it won't be delivered until 6 days after the release. Super frustrated. I spoke with two separate Best Buy agents and they didn't offer any real support. About the game, I'm sure it's 5 out of 5.

Returned the game for a refund. This game has too many micro transactions. You can only play this game online. Too many bad reviews for this game on YouTube.

Ordered this before release and they said it would be here on release date (which is standard for every other company) and its apparently being sent OUT release date and arriving 4 days later

The game is great. Best buy disappointed me by not having it shipped to me on launch day. No point in preordering it. They also didnt give the beta code for preordering as promised.

Why to even offer to pre-order the game if you can’t put up with the delivery date? Disappointed, I was excited to play the game in the release date but best buy made impossible.

Great game, issue was I preordered the game and it arrived late. It was a present for my dad and it game in about 4 days late while mine arrived on time

I pre-ordered months ago its said that I will get the day of release now its ill get it the next day terrible service best buy that is why Amazon is better

I preordered 4 months early, I got no early play and didnt even have the game shipped on release date. I would have done better not buying from bestbuy.

With the constant barrage of changes they make almost daily, ending up hurting the game more than helping it quite too often. Has a long way to go to be in a good spot

HORRIFICALLY BAD once you get to the "endgame" world tier. Devs have no idea what they're doing and the game loses any sense of fun. Instead of giving enemies more HP at the higher tiers, they give them unstoppable affix combinations that stun you. So you get to sit there and watch your character die while not being able to do anything. REAL FUN

I did not like this game at all. I actually watched vids before i opened it, and took it back.

Preordered in December 2022. Alot sucks with best buys handling of this game release. First, no early beta access for preorders through best buy. Second, its release day and my item hasnt even shipped yet. From across the country. So, highly doubful I will even it day after the release date. Should have ordered from elsewhere and actually picked up my copy. Take note best buy and do better by your customers

Fun for a while but the seasons and overall structure of the game is not engaging.
