Took back to best buy they said we can't have our money back just a best buy card I didn't want at Best Buy card because why would I want to buy another tablet that doesn't work but I had no choice unless I wanted to fight with the bridge

Lasted 6 days. Best Buy allows 2 weeks to return. After that it has a 90 day warranty. Need I say more? Poor quality and poor warranty,

It purchased for my 9 year old and it did not allow him to connect with the e-learning his class was doing and then the volume buttons broke off. I guess this is why it was so cheap. I returned this product

My daughter turned it over on the table to examine it and when she turned it back over the screen was cracked and it no longer works.

I'm not sure if the tablet was damaged during the shipping but I can't give a proper review on this item. I'm currently waiting for a new tablet from you guys at best buy.

Worse tablet I've ever see. Touch screen feels like garbage I wouldn't buy it for my kid

I brought 2 of these and they were horrible when connecting to internet. My young kids hated it. Was a waste of money.

Stopped working. Tried returning person refused to to it not being the person who bought it. Even though I was on the phone!

Tablet turns on but the screen just glows but it only boots up 1/25 tries. I believe it is going back to the store.

Tablet was of poor quality. If it was dropped one time it’s guaranteed to break.

Would not recommend, device shuts off and on. Have been trying to get Best Buy to return since I purchased it.

This tablet is made of paper. The screen is very thin. The case is very thin.

This tablet was broken when I got it very defective. I’m very disappointed.

For reference: Had a DL1018a from 15/16 season that has been a solid performer since then including a year after battery gave out and USB is loose. Bought this to replace for the $60 2019 Black Friday price. This tablet still shares the tried and true ARM A35/MTK8100 series chipset as the last with the updates being 2 GB of RAM vs 1 on the old one. Plus a bump from 16 to 32 GB onboard storage. Apart from that very similar. The button layout is similar to the DL1018a or DL1016 tablets, so those cases will fit. This one does not carry over the HDMI connection but does cast. The one drawback I see is for some reason the manfacturer did not carry over the dual 2.4 and 5ghz chip. So the 2019 tablet has a 2.4 chip only. Not a deal breaker but I will say the old tablet is pulling a 4x faster Google internet speed test. Verdict: Good value for $60, and maybe even the $100 price point. Digiland has minimal bloatware, but disabling those apps/services you don't need will keep it running acceptably. Good value for kids, but make sure you have solid case, the outer plastic shell of the laptop needs protection. I knocked the value from very good to average due to the wireless.
