To be fair, I should first mention that I have only owned one tablet, preferring the greater flexibility of a laptop, or even a smartphone, over tablets in general, so I have little to compare this tablet with. I got it for the larger screen and portability only. I have an earlier model of this tablet, the NS-P10A7100 with Android 6.0.1 (2016). It was OK for the first 6 months or so, but as I added programs and used it more, it got so slow it was painful and frustrating to use. I finally did a factory reset and loaded only a couple of programs, and since then it has been more usable, although I have gotten out of the habit of using it at all. One problem I always had was that it would sometimes shut itself off, even though the battery was still amply charged. Then it would take my doing all sorts of fiddling about to get it back on, including charging it back to a full 100%. Also, for no good reason, if it was plugged in, it would not turn on, regardless of the charge. I hope they have corrected all these problems in the newest model, but wanted to warn people of possible issues in case they didn't.

For the price, it seems to be a great little tablet. I use it mainly for checking the news on the web and storing a few pdf files. Easy to navigate. Other reviews show the on/off and volume controls as poor quality. Though it is not quite the quality of a Samsung or Apple product, it works fine for my needs. In the first couple of weeks of ownership, I used it a lot, turning it on and off often, trying the features. All went well. Clear screen image, good battery life. Charging time is a bit average. Sound is not what my IPhone is, but look at the price. Note the manufacturer warranty is 90 days in the specifications. I figure if it blows out in a year or two, so what? It was not a huge investment. If the screen cracks, I don't get the screen fixed for $100....I buy a new one of these tablets.

We got this for my son,but I always go through every tablet he gets, to set it up for him, transfer all his games and accounts over etc. This is his fifth tablet over the years and it is BY FAR the best one yet! For the price, it is an excellent deal. Previous tablets had problems with not being compatible with certain very popular Android games, or had pathetic ram and\or rom. This one had worked with everything we've tried, has plenty of ram and Ron and is really a great tablet. I highly recommend it and so does my son. He has been using it now for about a month.

Bought this in January for my son to use and it is so slow. It worked occasionally. Do Not Buy the bs warranty. They told me when I purchased it that the warranty would cover accidental damages, but now that my son accidentally dropped in the floor they won’t exchange it. They say it would go to a third party & I would receive a refurbished one if they couldn’t fix. This could take a month. No thank you! I need it now that schools are closed. Don’t be fooled!

This was my second time purchasing a Digiland tablet. My first one I ended up dropping it and breaking it. My bad. So I purchased a replacement in Dec. 2018. Its cheap, works fine for most games. Its not high resolution and can't handle HD game graphics. But, its cheap, right? Well, after about a year my device screen started getting discolored and had a white light along the edge of my screen. It kind of looked like those old tv screens when you put a magnet up to it and it would ruin the image and color of the screen. Fast forward a couple months, it was getting worse. I stopped using it for about 1 week and put it away in the original box it came it. After that 1 week, I went to take it out of the box and it was like stuck in the box. Confused, I forced it out of the box. As it came out of the box, the battery instantly exploded and the entire device blew up in my face. Luckily, I wasn't injured at all, but it really freaked me out. I used to set it on my night stand next to my bed when I would go to sleep at night. Do not buy this device! Its dangeous! I have read about it and some people say theirs have caught on fire! Spend the extra money and save you or someone else's life! DANGEROUS PRODUCT. FAULTY BATTERY. IT WILL EXPLODE!

I bought this for my grandparents to be able to video chat with them during this pandemic. Unfortunately, I had to return this for two main reasons: 1) The speakers are not loud enough. They had trouble hearing us during video calls and they never heard when it rang even though I had the volume set all the way up. 2) The front-facing camera lens is too narrow that I could not see my grandma's full face. Other cons: -Too slow. -Does not come with a gallery app pre-installed. The photos app it comes with does not allow to just swipe to go to the next picture. I had to go back every time to see other photos. The only pro thing I found about this tablet is the affordability of it.

I bought this to replace the previous one as the battery started to swell and it seperated the screen and it was a year old. I bought this one and within a half year same thing. The problem is the Lithium polymer battery. If these were made with a lithium ion battery they would be much better. Very disappointed and they shouldn't use this type battery. It's like throwing money away no matter what the price.

Its a tablet. This isn't hard. It's supposed to transfer files and read them. But this thing wants to be an ecumenical experience or something. Its not set up to transfer files. The thing you need to change to transfer files won't change. If I wanted something that was locked out of options I would have gotten the kindle.

My suggestion is that anyone buying this better get a warranty. I dropped it once and now wont work anymore. The store wont replace or fix it. If I had known it was made in such poor quality, never would of bought it. the 1 star is for the graphics and sound

Bought this tablet like 2 years ago and it’s barely been used because it stopped working. It’ll turn on but it’s just a black screen and I can’t return it because I bought it so long ago.
