My experience couldn't have been better once I found an employee who knew his business and did everything to help. The TV is beyond belief in every aspect. Quite expensive, but worth it.

Not Durable

They use it for 2 weeks then dropped it off at coffee table and now the screen won't come on. Best Buy did not honor the 30 day warranty they said I should have bought an extended warranty. So now I have to buy another one

Great for my kids

battery is horrible

I took it back and exchanged it for another. It lasted about 2 weeks, and now this battery wont charge either. Will be exchanging for a different tablet.

A very, very slow device!

It's not even a practical tablet to give to the kids to keep them occupied because nothing really runs on it. I DO NOT recommend this product.

Great tablet

It does all the basic web surfing, checking email, photos, watching movies. Haven't had any problems with it yet! I'd recommend getting a case to protect the screen.
