Great deal but a terrible product

Gave these as Christmas presents to two teens and as soon as they turned them on I could see a product failure. Super slow even with high speed internet, low to no capacity to even add apps. And zero capability to remove the ones you don't want. Smh a waste of money! By new years they had stopped even loading up!

The auto buttons one through six are just great. I love all the features and I am so get glad I bought this machine!
