I could not get past the setup stage no matter what I tried.

Just terrible, very bad experience that day at your store

I purchased this tablet as a gift for my 5 year old niece. This was my 2nd after a failed purchase from another retailer. The 1st failed so when I grabbed the 2nd from BB I was pleased at the price and went home to setup. Sadly, I realized that the 1st and 2nd were pretty much the same product (same manufacturer possibly). Both of the tablets failed in the same manner as so many others providing their feedback have indicated. During setup the wizard stopped working forcing you to start over, and from there it's just an endless loop. My suggestion, pony up a bit more and grab a protection plan. The combo of the 2 makes it a worth while grab for the little ones in your life and brings piece of mind that it'll last for a while. Dismounting soapbox.

I got it to replace my old tablet that I use for reading. I did run into during the set up. It keep going into wizard setup has stopped working. I simply skipped putting any information in during wizard setup until I was finished. Once I was able access setting I put the information in through it.

Setup took about 2 minutes. I did what everyone here said which was to turn it on and skip out of everything then when setup was finished I connected to WiFi and added a gmail account. It then updated everything itself and was ready to go in a few more minutes. I bought this to be a monitor for WiFi cameras (mostly) so it will be on 24/7. The keyboard/stand made it perfect for this and the external power supply solved another problem. USB charging connections usually are current regulated and go straight to charging the battery. It looks like this one is powering the unit and then charges the battery. The last one I had would last about a day or two then turn off while plugged in because the battery was dead and the USB wasn't enough to fully power it. Going to leave it on for a week or so then play with some other apps and see how it does.

I bought two tablets yesterday. I got into the trouble of can't pass the initial setup. I saw someone mentioned that there was a solution in digiland's homepage. Finally I entered the system successfully. You can't connect WIFI in initial setup. If you connect WIFI and got this issue. This thing is a real piece of work and I will be returning it as soon as possible. The initial setup is a nightmare to get through. There are some people saying you can't get past setup and some people saying they had no issues setting it up. It turns out that whether or not you can get through the initial setup and actually use the thing depends entirely on how you choose to set it up in the beginning. If you attempt to sign into your google account or restore from another tablet/android phone, the setup will continually crash and you will never make it out. I did this and it crashed over and over again. I tried like 20 times and it crashed each time. Then I searched online and found instructions that said to go through the initial setup and setup as new without entering any information and it let me right in. The fact that I had to do this is ridiculous. The fact that this is such a well known issue and they have done nothing to fix it is also ridiculous. I'm taking it back for a refund and will probably just get a little 7 inch Amazon Fire instead, since they are only like $10 more.

Like other reviews note, battery life is poor. The keyboard WAS great while it lasted. Sadly, it fell apart within a few months.

Nice , quick setup, It is fast to get regular daily task's done. We Highly recommend. Goes on sale often. Buy It Now !

Like other reviewers I cannot get past the set up. Looks like it would be very decent for the money if they fix that problem.

This is thing is horrible! It does not work and I've tried reloading it at least four times or so, too my internet settings and it does not work at all. I ended up and returning it for a store credit and bought an Amazon Kindle Fire 7 instead! Please donot buy Digiland, it will give you such a hard time!!!!!!!

The screen of this tablet stopped responding to touch about 4 months after purchase even though it's not broken. contacted support regarding the issue they told me the warranty is 90 days only. and it was very slow when it was working.
