Took it back and got a different device by a different maker. Geek squad tech told me that this item is trash and they have many issues with it.

Rebooted and same thing. Exchanged today with same results. Returning both tomorrow and keeping my money!!! Not even going to bother to open other new box!

System Setup Crashes

The setup process keeps crashing and will not complete. This device is totally unusable and the manufacturers website doesn't offer any support at all.

Tried to get geek squad support help. I paid $30 for 2 year warantee. All I got was "just grab a replacement", surprise surprise didnt work. Im returning after my vacation which is obviously no big deal but it could have made a road trip just an inch more fun.

Charged piece of junk !wizard set up was looping!I did a hard reboot piece of garbage! item still did nothing .return got money back. Please don't buy! This was not a Best buy.

Don't waist your money

When we attempted to set up the tablet it would not pick up on WiFi at all. Also if you want to use it for smaller children you will need a separate case as the keyboard does not fold out of the way.

The set up wizard kept failing therefore the tablet was completely useless. Hopefully the replacement I receive in a few days actually works!!

What a waste of time.

Tried 10 times and returned product to the store. I did like the case and keyboard that was included and wish I could have kept the device.
