Other Best Buy reviews say to buy the microsd card to update tablet.I went back for the sd card and had to have that for 104 updates for the 5.1 Lollipop operating system. For under $50.00 this is the best I could do after researching for hours. Most Bang for the buck!!!

This is a good tablet But, it needs more MB And needs more space.

I purchased the tablet as a Christmas gift for my 6yr old he loved it until the skin stopped working. Its only been two months and the tablet constantly shuts off when it has full battery. Its hard to navigate. The apps take forever to load. The camera is the worst part picture quality is horrible.

I got this on sale for $33 and that's a good price. So I use this for GPS with Copilot app and it works great. I can't use it for much else because Lollipop won't allow me to store maps on the SDCard. The tablet is light and thin which is nice but the screen resolution is fuzzy. Battery life is not good so I leave it on a charger. Another quirk is Firefox browser doesn't accept bookmarks on this tablet, very strange defect. But here's something funny ... the owner manual warns... "When CPU runs at high speed the fuselage will develop fever..." lololol

Biggest problem is the durability, already went through two already. Additionally, the battery life is very poor, however, for the price can't really complain as it does the job done for what it is intended for - provides basic knowledge of a tablet for a kid.

I bought this for my daughter. This is her 3rd one in 3 years because she is hard on everything. So far this one has lived up to her torture. The only problem that I have seen or that she has told me about is that the picture taking is garbage. But she uses it mostly to play games. so its ok for her so far.

Bought 4 of these online the day before Christmas. It said it would be available for pickup same day. I never got a confirmation email, and when I called the store, there was no order. So they transfer me, and no one could find the order no way, no how! I thought I'd been had! So, at 7pm I get a confirmation text. BUT THE STORE CLOSED AT 6! So now my 4 children have nothing to open for Christmas. And all I get is a sorry! I bought 4 of these; 3 work so far. 1 just has a blank screen upon turning it on. When I was downloading games for the younger 2, one tablet was wayyy slower than the other. 1 had downloaded 5 games, while the other only downloaded 1 in the same time frame. I'm just hoping and wishing they last way longer than the 90 day warranty. Got my fingers crossed. Will be taking the the 1 back in the a. m. And maybe I'll give a better review once I thoroughly check out the tablets and get over the anger of my kids missing Christmas.

This was a bought as a gift for my son. It seems to work well for kids although he has had some issues with sounds stopping. Seems to have a good battery.

We bought three of these last year. They are very basic. One made it almost a year. This year we tried it again. They are junk. I am returning one for the second (and last) time. I will get them something worth using.

The first tablet failed to work out of thebox. After about 10 minutes lines appeared across the screen and then Japanese letters (that I could not read). I took that one back and exchanged it for another. This one lasted 3 days. However the end result is the same. I'll be returning this one too. Really awful birthday present for my 9 year old.

Purchased 3 for Christmas presents. Two of them were shot in less than 3 weeks. IF you could get it to power on at all, it wouldn't start. Just stayed with a spinning circle forever. The third one cracked inside the screen & big black streaks and blotches covered the display. If only one of three died, I would have assumed it was just a random bad tablet. These were worthless. I know you get what you pay for, but working for less than a month is unacceptable.

This tablet is just terrible. I bought it for Christmas for my son. It would not even do an initial load up when we first turned it on. Tried everything and it just wouldn't work. It kept buffering and buffering and buffering and buffering.....I am definitely returning it, I am VERY unhappy with this product!

Sounds like an awesome deal, tablet for a great price. Nope. You get what you pay for. I bought one each for all 3 of my kids, 1 for my mom and 1 for my little brother. The graphics are horrendous as well as sound quality. I bought these in July and before Christmas, only 2 of the 5 were still working. I wouldn't even recommend it to an enemy much less a friend.

I bought this tablet to stream movies on specifically Kodi. So very happy with purchase if if last 2 years will be happy. Very quick and only lag is in touch screen which may be a setting thing. But moves quick has lollipop and expandable memory so good for the money.

Bought 2 as gifts for my girls Dec 2015, sometimes they won't power on, weird blue screen with Chinese letters has appeared on more than 1 occasion. Battery life sucks, and we've had to reset them multiple times since we purchased them because features stopped working. WiFi wouldn't connect and now it will not launch certain applications. PLEASE AVOID BUYING!!!

I bought bought this tablet for my grandson as he was jealous of his big brother's tablet but didn't want to spend too much as he is just 4. He goes to the Play Store and downloads the game he wants and has a blast. Not a single issue almost 2 months later. He has dropped it many times and this is one tough tablet for the price.

Works awesome, great graphics, does not lag at all

I had been using a Digiland 701Q for just over a year when I saw the 718M on sale and decided to upgrade. Faster with 1Gb RAM, my Apps don't bog down anymore. You can get better tablets for twice the price but this more than adequate for most users.

I'm amazed by how many people have given it a good review. I may have just gotten a lemon but this thing was like watching paint dry,grass grow or a sloth move. No matter what I tried or did same result it would take over an hr to download a simple bingo game that on my phone took seconds. Not to mention watching online movies was as bad or worse in the fact that it wouldn't even load up. And while charging it would get extremely hot in one spot on back of tablet. So in my experience and opinion DO NOT BUY IT.

Bought for my daughter for Christmas and she had it about 4 months and it just stopped working...tried several different chargers to see if that was the problem and it just wont come on still...it wasn't dropped or anything as my daughter has tablet time at the table so I can supervise and nothing happened to it...it just shut off and wouldn't come back on...it worked great while it worked...but now nothing
