Great Tablet for my son, it entertains much with this

I purchased two of these tablets - one as a Christmas present and the other as a birthday gift - for two 7 year olds. The tablets are durable and have a good battery life. The kid are able to play games and stream movies with no problems.

Do not I mean do not buy this tablet worse mistake I ever did when I got the tablet delivered and opened the box the screen on the tablet was a SCRATCH! And once I saw how many people hated this tablet I took it right back and exchanged it for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7 inches & 8 GB I would highly recommend the Samsung over this junk! Hope this helps you guys!

Bought two of these for my Granddaughters had to return both of them they don't work at all. that's a 100% failure rate, NICE.

I was given the tablet as a Christmas gift last year, I also have a receipt with a valid purchase date. Tablet was working fine until couple of days ago when it suddenly died, no power, no hard reset, no recovery options. The battery was fully charged. So, I took it to BestBuy to explore my options but was left out to dry. Manufacture's website does not have any contact info (no email, no phone #) see for yourself : http://www.digi-land.net/En/contact.asp. To my surprise BestBuy customer service refused to help me completely. They just lost several loyal customers including myself, family and friends.

Got two of these for the kids to play on for Christmas. One became useless after 3 months, the other at 4 months. They were great while they lasted but replacing now is a waste. Find a better option.

So I read the reviews before buying this product for my mom.....two months later it crashed and she only uses it for basic games.....it want come on and if it does the little green android is laying on his back with his chest open with his red triangle heart floating above...

Bought them for nieces and nephews for Christmas gifts and they enjoying them.

Inside screen cracked 6 months after purchase. There is no warranty that you could purchase. This was given to my son for his birthday. This product should have a year warranty on it, not 90 day's.

I bought one of these for a friend in an assisted living facility where anything of value seems to "disappear." I did not need to worry as after only about 30 days the unit would not activate beyond the opening name screen. Every solution that I could find failed to correct the problem. Spend a little more and at least get an Insignia branded unit, 2 of which have given me excellent service.

I really liked this tablet until it just stopped working one day... 2 weeks AFTER the warranty expired! Took it back to Best Buy, and the Geek Squad guy says it's defective... and no longer covered by the (short 90 day) warranty. Also unable to do a store return. What a waste of money.

really low can barely hear sound really cheap definitely returning

I bought the tablet for my 2 year old daughter, so that she could watch cartoons, etc. The tablets speakers are very low. After about a month, the screen became inoperable. I'm happy BestBuy gave a 90-day warranty for this tablet. You kind of get what you pay for with this tablet. I opted to pay a bit more and went with a more reliable brand.

bought 2 of these in July. 1st one quit working in August. The second one here in Sept is unable to get wi-fi anymore. It slowly died. At first you would need to turn off and on the wifi, then restart the tablet, now nothing gets it to turn on wifi.
