Bought othere laser cleaner in the past.This one really does well

I bought this product o try to fix my XBox and it did not work for that purpose, so I'm unsure if it works for other things or not.

I purchased this because I needed to clean my car's cd player lens. They were out of the one I wanted. This one did not work.

not sure if it does what it says. bought to fix a playstation issue but did not fix it.

It is highly recommended to have one for you player.

This worked real well on my blue ray cleaned it up

For me it was a waste of money and time. Sounded great if it had worked but on my 3D Blue Ray could never get it to complete a cleaning cycle. Tried also on a regular Blue Ray and it still wouldn't read the DVD. Returned item to store for refund.

Cleaned the DVD player 3 times and still having trouble with the unit. Probably time to buy a new unit.

Purchased to improve performance of blu ray disk and player. No change in performance after use.

I got this to keep the player clean but haven't used it yet as the player is still new

At almost $30, this is an expensive product. I expected superior results. In my hands, it did not clean the "head" of my LG BD-370 Blu-Ray player. In fact, I had difficulty navigating the menu system to even get to the cleaning function. I could not get the disk to even read when I chose "English" as my language (it kept looping back to the language selection menu). I did get it to read when I chose another language choice (I can't remember which, nor is it important). It then went through a "cleaning" cycle, but it had no noticeable improvement on my video quality. I cannot recommend this product.

I purchased to clean to blu ray lens in my ps3 and it did nothing. I think it's just another gimmick product.

It was a helpful but had to run it a couple of times but it seem to help from what I can see.

Used it a number of times, but my blu-rays still don't work.

Tried to run on my BluRay DVD but it would not load. Would ask for language and when entered it would restart and again ask for language never could get beyond this point.

I would not purchase this brand of DVD cleaner again...very disappointed
