Didn't work for me

Sounded great if it had worked but on my 3D Blue Ray could never get it to complete a cleaning cycle. Tried also on a regular Blue Ray and it still wouldn't read the DVD. Returned item to store for refund.

Basically, it does not work

In my hands, it did not clean the "head" of my LG BD-370 Blu-Ray player. In fact, I had difficulty navigating the menu system to even get to the cleaning function. I could not get the disk to even read when I chose "English" as my language (it kept looping back to the language selection menu). I did get it to read when I chose another language choice (I can't remember which, nor is it important). It then went through a "cleaning" cycle, but it had no noticeable improvement on my video quality. I cannot recommend this product.
