Did nothing. Waste of money. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Purchase this product to clean out PS3. The system skipped and we had a lot of troubles. The main thing we think caused the problem was that we use to smoke and the nicotine probably helped cause the system to skip. We gave in and bought this to help clean it. It somewhat worked but not 100%. We have run it multiple times and it does do the trick for the most part. I wish however the price was a little cheaper for what it was. Even though it did not completely satisfy me it did do what we needed.

I just purchased the Digital Innovations CleanDr. Laser Lens Cleaner for Blu-Ray Players recently. I actually purchased this to clean the lens of my blu-ray player on my PS3 system as I have been watching more and more dvd and blue-ray movies via my PS3 . I am very pleased and would recommend this to any Blu-Ray, PS3 owners. Pricy but worth it.

Easy and simple to use. Almost half of my blu-ray collection was not working and after using this product in my Sony BDP-S300 player, they began to work again. Be sure you get the one specifically for blu-ray players if that is the intended component to clean since the laser lens is closer than regular DVD players. A DVD cleaner could damage you blu-ray player based on the design differences of the machines.

My Blu Ray player was skipping whenever I played a movie and I bought this lens cleaner in the hopes that it would fix it. It sure did. Right after following all the easy steps, I was able to watch my movies again without interruption. Additionally, I liked all the extra fine tuning options (video and audio) that this product included.

Did not help my unit. The Blu Ray head on my unit stopped playing after very light use. The manufactuer, Panasonic, does not cover failure after the 90 warrenty. This was a "grasping at straws" effort to clean and potentially restore the picture. It did not restore the picture. I believe that it may actually clean dust and or dirt on a head so, I will retain it for use on the new DVD player I have purchased.

this is one of the best cleaners for blu ray players and is a must have. you should do this once every 6 months.

I have used CleanerDr. for many years on my DVD players. However, needed one for the Blu-Ray as the DVD cleaner did not adequately clean the Blu-Ray lens.This one for Blu-Ray is the same dependable quality but specific for Blu-Ray players. It will help determine very quickly were the problem is in your sound system and if the problem is the lens of the player or your TV screen.

After running the clean disc it cleared up the issue.

One day my Blu-Ray player stopped reading the discs and I thought I was going to have to buy a new. I found this lens cleaner, popped it in and it fixed it right up! It was easy to use and a big relief that I didn't have to spend more money replacing a player that was only a couple of years old.

Though maybe a little too expensive for what it does, it does perform fine.

Its alright works here and there. Id recommend if your blue ray is having trouble playing dics

This product was very well worth the cost since i was anticipating having to buy a new dvd/bluray disc player (Samsung) prior to using it. CleanDr. was simple to use and took care of more than i expected. Not only have my movies stopped freezing and stuttering, but sound is greatly improved and audio/video synch is no longer a problem. I'm totally pleased with this product and that's rare!

easy to use,and when i had questions,i called and a REAL person answered my questions. in todays world politeness,knowledge,are a real plus. shipping was fast, i always have great service from best buy. i always recommend best buy ,especially to the novice electronic person because you make asking questions and getting the answers so easy.

I have a Sony BD-S550 blu-ray player that stopped playing discs and consistently had "unknown" or "Cannot playback" errors. It was expensive when I purchased it a few years ago, but I was about ready to drop-kick it out the window. I decided to try this cleaning method before drop kicking. I dropped in the disc and cleaned it once. The blu-ray player now plays flawlessly and is back in action. This $28 cleaning disc saved a $250 player.

My blueray player stopped playing any disc. I bought this and it ran once. Did not fix so ran it twice more since this disc ran and it worked!

I just bought this cleaner. This is the best investment to maintain top performance on my Samsung HTFS6500W. I love how it optomizes the Audio, and Video. This is well worth the money.

I was having a problem with a very expensive player and this fixed the issue. I use the product once a month now.
