Misleading and Does Not Work.

The picture of this product clearly showed a liquid-based device with a small bottle included. That is NOT what I received. It's this dry tape that did nothing at all to help clean the VCR despite running it through five times.
Waste of money.

Bought this cleaner to use on an old VCR player which was playing with a lot of snow. Bought two as they seem hard to find these days. Tried one which seemed to work the first time and then would not play or rewind after one use. So I tried the second one and had the same problem. A completely useless product and waste of money.

I have a Quasar combination TV/VCR. My VCR is NOT broken, but the cleaning tape would not "play" and ended up getting stuck in my machine and I had to pry it out! I did get the heads cleaned by borrowing a friend's Scotch brand head cleaner. For me, Clean Dr. VHS Video Head Cleaning Cassette was money wasted.

Box says it's suppose to be a wet/dry cleaner but only lists instructions for wet. Nothing but static for several hours after wet cleaning.

I put them in and they both ejected immediately, the tape was broken inside of cartridge, so that was money wasted.

One use of this helped with the tracking issues on an old VCR that hasn't been used in a while.

It works well on 1 of my VCRs, but not well on another. It does not rewind like it should, after you use it.

Recently, I've been going through all of the stuff I have on VHS like weddings and home movies, and recording them to DVD. Last week all of the old tapes stopped playing so I figured the inside of my VCR was probably dirty. I looked for a tape to clean it with on Best Buy's website and I'm glad I found this video head cleaner. After following the directions on the box and playing the tape for 20 seconds, now all of my tapes play just fine. This product saved me time of trying to find someone with a VCR that I could borrow. Now I can continue recording my priceless memories to DVD.

This is a good product, which is hard to purchase anymore as the VHS has been phased out.
