The cleaner works fine. BUT Finding it in the store was a huge challenge. Getting help finding it was a HUGE challenge. Approached 4 employees and got varying degrees of rude dismissive attitude. If I could find this product at another store I would go there. Next time I'll check online!!

I could not a VHS head cleaner anywhere in town so the first place I thought of on-line was Best Buys b/c they have been so helpful in the past. The fact that i did not have to pay shipping, which could almost be the cost of the item, sealed the deal. It was ready for p/u within 48 hours. I went directly to customer service and out the door in under 10 minutes. One more happy, satisfied customer.

This VCR tape cleaner works well and does not damage the VCR heads. Had a VCR with dirty heads and the image was noisy. Used it to clean the heads and the image was clear.

CleanDR is just that, a product that provides the medical care your VCR needs to get too full health. When I purchased a recent batch of VHS tapes(used) the picture was not that good. I thought it was the tapes, but after using the good DR. my picture was restored and all was good in the world. I would defiantly recommend this item to anyone in need of a good head cleaner.

Replaces my old cleaner Works great and is a cheap investment to keep your VHS machine running great!.

I, too, had old video tapes from the early 90's that I started watching again. Both VCR's that I used were unwatchable after the first couple hours. I followed the directions on the head cleaner tape and after a few moments the VCR's were like new.

My workplace needed a wet/dry video head cleaning system. When we received our shipment, the cleaner is dry only. Although advertising in store as the wet/dry system, only the dry head cleaner is available in store.

This product does what it is supposed to do. It is easy to use except sometimes the VCR does not recognize it and it won't play, but I found it you fast forward and rewind first it will play.

The sprockets are so loose that they will not turn. Put it in the player and it won't play, it won't move. Tried several times to get it to work and it doesn't. Tried on 3 different VCRs.

Easy to use, the best of both cleaning systems...works great.

Did the job it was supposed to do and did it quickly and easily.

I bought this product in hopes that it would help the quality that was coming from my VCR as I was converting VHS tapes to DVD however it wouldn't even run to clean the heads. Save your money, and don't purchase this product.

The cleaner didn't work. I had to return it to the store.

Thie price was right, and it appeared to be very simple to use, thought it didn't work for me at all. I had to return it.

Tried this in 2 VCRs according to instructions and in both the VCRs stopped immediately upon playing. Tried multiple times with no luck.

when i insert & try to play the cleaning tape, my vcr immediately shuts off, the tape won't play, so nothing is cleaned

The product was old. When I put it into my VHS player, the "play", "FF" & "REW" did not work. I returned the item.
