The price is excellent but it doesn't last, so no matter how cheap it's not worth it. My two kids each received one for Christmas. The lightly dropped them (onto carpet) and the screen breaks. Unfixable. They received replacements. Sometimes the touch pad seems to freeze-up. But even worse, the pads won't hold a charge. We bought the BB protection plan and that works well (is very easy to get a replacement), but how many times are we going to need a replacement? Wish we would have bought a more expensive pad to begin with. the kids get so frustrated with this!

I would give this tablet 5 stars IF the screen wasn't so easy to scratch. My 9 year old son has scratches all over the screen from his finger nail after two days of use. The tablet is actually a quad-core, not duo-core as listed. I purchased two, one for each kid, and they both have worked flawlessly. My daughter's screen is completely scratched up...I believe it was laid screen down on the hardwood floors. I would recommend this tablet only if you buy a screen protect before using it.

I walked into Best Buy with 110 dollars in my pocket and walked out with this amazing tablet. Everything about it is fantastic except maybe the camera, which I overlook considering it's just a tablet anyway. I'm more than satisfied with this tablet and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Right out of the box, the touch screen didn't work. We were able to do basic commands if we turned the tablet around, but on some sides of the tablet, it didn't register any touch at all. Eventually, it began opening apps, taking screen shots, typing numbers on it's own. I was able to restart and reset the factory settings, but it didn't help. As per the directions in the box, I called D2 tech support, rather than exchanging with Best Buy. I paid for the shipping out of pocket to send it to them and they shipped a replacement. The replacement, right out of the box, did the exact same thing. I again called their tech support, and the rep was incredibly rude and irritated, interrupted me when I gave her my corrected phone number, and said I would be getting an email. The email told me to do a factory reset, which I did, and the touch screen still is not working. I explained this in a reply email to tech support and am waiting to hear back. I would absolutely never recommend this tablet to anyone else, based not only on the malfunctions, but also because of the rude and unhelpful tech support.

I wouldn't buy this pad if it were $20 bucks. My son has had it 15 days and already it is broken. He dropped it about 12 inches from the ground, the screen completely shattered and you cannot even use it at all. No warranty, no help at all. DON'T DO IT! It is light and shoddy, the plastic is already coming away from the screen portion. Waste of money!

pros:This 4-Core not a 2-core tablet (as show on website) and runs fast cons: but not able to read google books and google store were not loading up ,nothing showing , just loading forever. everything i try to read google books it go back to the first page once a while i bought this because i wanna read google books and runs the google store

It is a good product for under $100. My only complaint is that the onboard speaker is bunk. If you use this for movies or sound you WILL be using headphones or a speaker. Outside of that one minor issue it is a great cheep product. I will buy another when this one wears out.

I bought my son this tablet on 10/10/2014 and returned it to the store the next day because of hardware issues. In December the new starting doing the same thing. I sent it off to the company and they sent me a new one. The new does the same thing.The company will not refund my money and I have to deal with Best Buy for refund.. Very Upset.

Bought this tablet 20 some odd days ago. I used twice a week at most while on break from work to catch up on reading. Today screen turned yellow and then shut off completely. Called Best Buy and was told they can't do anything since it has been past 15 days! Will be using Amazon for all of my online purchases from now on and do not recommend this table to anyone. Spend the extra money to get a better product.

Purchased one for my daughter for Christmas and it died in March. Submitted a ticket for replacement of broken tablet. Told me I had to pay for shipping to return the broken tablet and it would be about 2 weeks to get it back. Received the new one to today and the screen is so sensitive i can't do anything with it.

Bought this yesterday and opened the box in the parking lot....thank god. The screen had a scratch in the center of the screen. I went inside to exchange it and had the customer service rep open the new one. There was a huge scratch along the side of the glass on the tablet. He asked me if I wanted to try another one. I said if it can't get to bestbuy without a scratch then I can't give it to my 10 year old daughter and expect it to hold up. I chose a different tablet.

Bought 2 of these for our twin 7 year old kids. One already does not work and will not charge. Hope the other lasts a bit longer

it's frizzing all the time, keyboard das not functioned correctly -when I try print same words I got numbers instead, the backspace wasn't work. But tablet is good looking, light and slim.
