I liked this vaccum very much but the dirt canister is small when you have a golden retriever shedding non stop. Have to empty in between rooms.

We have three kids and two cats could not have picked a better item and I like how we can mount the charging base

This is an excellent product. Straight out of the box there are three main pieces to attach, the floor attachment piece, the main tube piece, and the upper handheld motor with bin. They all snap together effortlessly. It also comes with a wall charger, wall mount, and additional smaller carpet attachment piece. Instructions said to originally plug in and charge the unit before using, but It had a solid 3 bar charge straight out of the packaging so right to use it went! It has 2 levels of suction, both are good. Push the power button once to turn on the unit, and again to switch to the higher powered level of suction. I have always been use to having to hold the cord in one hand, while vacuuming with the other hand, so this was a nice surprise to not have a cord to mess around with. This went everywhere I wanted it to go. My only 2 gripes are: 1. The storage bin is SO small. I mean it works and does its job, but if you are vacuuming a large rug or area, it will take you a few tries as you will have to keep emptying out the bin. 2. The weight of the top piece(Main unit you hold onto while using which contains the bin) is HEAVY. Not heavy enough to not use, but makes it sometimes awkward to carry around while using. If you are a smaller lightweight person, or do not have decent arm strength, you may find this to be problematic. Otherwise, this is a great item which I will continue to use and recommend!

Great vacuum for college students to keep the dorm today!

I don't have any complaints about how the vacuum works it's just one day after having it for like 6 months to stick just broke loose from the vacuum part where the brush is.very unhappy to late to retutn. $ wasted!

Good has a history with a bad guy in a bad guy in a car

Break down easily does not clean up floor that well. Battery does not last very long and takes forever to charge.

It it not powerful at all, can not use in car or furniture the suction is weak, and mine broke 4 months after buying.

One star because I had to pick something. Deserves zero stars! Bought this and only my husband and myself used on our laminate flooring. After one week a button came off, then 3 1/2 weeks later the stem between the hose and the brush broke making the vacuum flop everywhere, and two weeks later the brush won’t roll. Piece of garbage. Our house is not dirty and as adults we don’t just swing the vacuum around! Do not buy!!

For the money, this cordless stick vacuum really makes vacuuming so much more pleasant. While it does not have the self-propelled features of the more expensive cordless models, this model has good get up and go and battery life.. Additionally, the hand held model, with its crevice tool on board, is very lightweight, making it so easy to use the hand held part with the small tool for either cleaning the steps of the stairway or the inside of the car. One drawback is that the unit cannot stand on its own because it is top heavy since that is the part that contains the motor. So, when you stop and want to transition to somewhere else to vacuum or store, this machine must lean against the wall, etc. or it will fall down. However, Dirt Devil did think of that issue and sent a plastic-made holder with 2-sided to tape to attach to a wall. Additionally, I also noticed that when I take out the bagless cup to dispose of the contents swept up, not all of the contents fall out at one time. There are 2 clips that open, one at each end, and even when each one is opened for debris dumping, I have still had to put my hand in and help with the removal of the debris like hair and lint. My machine had some power when it was delivered, but the instructions recommend that you fully charge it before initial use, so I did. Again, there are 2 power settings easily controlled at the user's fingertips and because of the vacuuming head's low profile it is very easy to get into many low areas and nook and crannies. Again, I found the task of vacuuming pleasant.

This is a very neat, compact stick vacuum! I really enjoy using it for "spot" vacuuming when in-laws or friends call when they're 10 minutes away to say they're stopping by. The suction is pretty awesome and maneuverability is superb; it turns on a dime. Do note, however, that you have to have quite a grip to keep this vacuum going where you want it to go because it's so light. The hand vacuum aspect is what I really enjoy...these couch cushions plus messy family members make me enjoy this vacuum that much more. I haven't experienced any issues with charging/battery life; I'm impressed. It does exactly what the description says it does. I use it mainly on carpet; haven't had to use it on area rugs. Overall, I'm happy with this vacuum.

did not like had to return it to you. the battery did not last very long.
