Not very accurate.

Sometimes we would put a dime in and it would count it as a penny and vice versa. Sometimes we would add a coin and it would not register. It was a little hard to add coins because you needed a little force. I guess it's ok but not very accurate.

It works good as a piggy bank with a little extra feature - the electronic coin counter on the cap. The coin counter doesn't seem to be very accurate with identifying the coins, but works fine most of the time. Manual adjustment can be done using the + and - buttons.

Fun and Easy way for kids to save money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It worked great for my younger son, to help him keep track of his loose change, and see how much he had saved up at the same time. The battery lasts for a very very long time. The only issue is sometimes you have to put the smaller coins in slowly, otherwise it may not register with the sensor.
