If you love Disgaea, then this is a solid buy for you. Follows the general formula with a decent story.

The amount of content this game has is staggering.

I've been wanting to play this game for a while now and ended up skipping out on it but have played previous installments. Now that it's on the Switch it makes it so much easier to play while on the go. This is a BIG game with A LOT to do in it. So if you are a fan of turn based tactic style RPG then this is for you.

If you're a fan of strategy RPGs, look no further. This game has tons of depth while keeping the tactical RPG elements that you would expect in games such as Final Fantasy Tactics and Fire Emblem. The game includes all of the DLC released for it, and should keep you busy for quite some time.

If you like systems, this game is for you. The characters and story are meh, entertaining if you like saturday morning cartoon stuff but nothin too memorable. However if you love strategy rpgs for the battle systems, this game is for you. You can level everything and change the actual rules of things to fit how you want to play to a crazy extent. I'm pretty far in and I feel like I'll be coming basck to this game for a long time.

Tons of options and things to customize. Humor style and micromanagement may not be for everyone.

Solid Tactical RPG. A bit more silly than I'd prefer but there are Penguins (Prinnies).

Addictive gameplay, if a little repetitive, but definitely the best version of the game.

Great to see this amazing RPG be scaled down to the Nintendo Switch with truly no real noticeable quality loss. It was very tough for me to enjoy a game like this on other consoles due to the time commitment, but I look forward to completing it on the Switch with the ability to play anywhere.

This game is fun to play, but the story is mostly poking fun at various Japanese anime and game tropes. The story is very much secondary to messing around with stats and the different characters. The main flaw is the amount of grinding required for some of the post game content. I just have no desire to complete most of the content because of how much grinding some of the last bosses need.

Has all the DLC. Great strategy RPG series. Doesn't require playing previous games.
