Adds new costumes and tile sets

The fox one adds a blue police uniform. Disappointed that it is just a cosmetic costume change and doesn't add anything to the attack animations/weapons.

Half great - half mediocre

Judy's is cool - at least it's something she wears for a significant portion of the movie. Nick's is something he barely wears in the film.

Doesn't Do Much

All it does is give alternate outfits for Judy and Nick. The other two discs gives a zootopia backdrop and textures. The affect of the Zootopia texture wasn't very obvious to me. I don't build a lot of toy boxes and could be why I don't notice much of a difference.
