I am very pleased with my DJI mini pro 3. First refurbished product.

Hi this is my first review because I DIDNT get a battery when I went to pick it up

First issue, payed for fast shipping, arrived 3 days later. Second issue, the sent the wrong RC controller and I couldn’t paired it. Third issue, they ask me to go to one of their stores and the only answer was “I can give you the money back and buy another” so I ended up with no drone after all this time, so dissapoonting. I’m a videographer and lost a job beacuse all of this.

I think when we read something that says geek squad certified, it should be hundred percent functional but today I received my DJI mini 3 pro and it was still broken ( camera doesnt move) and dirty lol so I think it’s just waste of time to order stuff that are geek squad refurbished, certified or open boxes…. But i love you bestbuy

The front panel broke off, it didn’t come with the blades

All accessories included. Everything has worked great.

Best drone for your budget, Video quality is Great!

I was excited to get this drone. However, that changed quickly. The drone was in poor condition and did not function properly. Still had the previous owner’s credentials logged in.

Was missing the propellers so i returned it lol!!!

The drone had already been registered to another user (in Mexico???) and could not be removed. Be careful about buying used drones. This was returned to the store and hopefully they won't sell it to someone else. In this case, the Geek Squad check out was completely useless as they don't understand drones.

This marks my third attempt at purchasing a refurbished Mini 3, and unfortunately, I find myself returning this time around as well. Each instance there has been some sort of cosmetic problem. While I acknowledge that refurbished items might not come in their original packaging, encountering noticeable indications of prior use and even a broken component is simply an unacceptable lack of due delligence.

This is more a review of Best Buy Customer service and quality control. Refurbished drone came without a battery and wrong gimbal cover and wrong propeller screws. So I was unable to fly it. Customer service gave me the run around about shipping the missing items untill the item was not returnable. So after talking to customer service more they finally let me return it. I will just be getting one from DJI now...

Missing a screw for the propeller. Wrong park for extra propeller. Never got a chance to use it.

Upon arrival, I received just the drone, the controller, and the battery in a scotched-taped original box. There were no propellers, screwdriver, gimbal protector, or cable included. I reached out to request a replacement and was assured they would send one and received a shipping label to return the one I received. However, 24 hours later, my replacement was canceled, and I was told I’d have to order it again.

The refurbished drone was missing screws for the propellers.

Drone arrived with damaged propellers - still had the originals in packaging - youd think someone would at least change that. Turned the drone on to a gimbal calibration error, flipped the drone over and the gimbal had a very obvious split through it. Theres clearly nothing "refurbished" about this. Returned the drone and would never buy something refurb from them again.

Do not get the refurbished drones. You will regret it. Just get the brand new one or go in person and see what you're getting.
