Q: Does the refurbished unit come with the original packing?

A: The one I received showed up in a zip lock bag in a plain cardboard box and was still registered to the previous owner.

Q: I have the same question as another customer asked, what assurance can you offer that this drone and others for sale at BestBuy are verified to be unbound from the previous owner? If it's not, then it is essentially a bricked unit and useless.

Q: Is that DJI official refurbished product? I see lots of complaints about this refurbished item. Is that coming with an official warranty (1 year)?

A: Hi, Samiul I can answer this question I purchased a refurbished DJI mini 3 pro myself reading the negative comments as well but I took the chance and rolled the dice I received my package very satisfied i received my drone brand new I even had to put the propellers on myself , also it was only signed in to 1 user and that was a Best Buy user for them to test the drone to make sure it was still intact . I would definitely recommend a refurbished especially if you are on a budget like myself.

Q: My drone did not come with any accessories or extra props. This is what it is. It just came with controller and drone. However, it is bound to another account. What do I do?

A: From what I read, and had to do with mine, a factory reset is the solution. After I did my reset, I was able to set up my account and settings for the drone and remote. Hope this helps. I got the instructions for a reset on the interwebs :)

Q: How many batteries does the Mini 3 Pro come with ??? Also what batteries are needed for the controller ???

A: One and the remote is rechargeable

Q: Will this refurbished drone be treated as new by DJI? Can it be enrolled in DJI Care Refresh if desired?

A: Yes it can. However it would be treated as used. I purchased DJI care for mine and the only extra thing I needed to do was upload a screen recording of the RC screen to make sure the drone is fully functional. You can find more info on DJI’s website. After that I was able to purchase DJI care refresh with no issues.
