Terrible was open box not refurbished

Skimpy

I had to print my own. Just because it's refurbished doesn't mean you should skimp on the basics. It was still a lot of money.

Broken out of the box

Parts missing. Called best buy and said I need to bring it back for a refund and go through the whole pirchase process. Geek sqaud recertification is false advertising. I learned my lesson go somewhere else for yours.

The one i received was on TERRIBLE condition. It should be called junk drones with missing parts. These are not DJI refurbished, they are returned with half the stuff missing and they still turn around and sell them again at a high price. Pitiful

They sent me a mini 3 pro box with a mini 3 inside that was locked to abother account. Do yourseld a favor and just buy a new one and save the frustration.

Two strikes and I’m out

These refurbished items are clearly a gamble. I won’t be trying a 3rd time, not worth the energy.

Arrived Damaged

There was a damaged arm and the drone could not fly. Best Buy would not send a replacement.

The drone is easy to fly and takes great pictures and videos. The only downside is that the battery life is not as long as I would like it to be and a crack on one of the blades. Overall, I would recommend this drone to anyone looking for a high-quality drone at a reasonable price.”

I was pleased with this purchase and I will consider certified refurbish again. saved a lot of money.

Great Savings After Some Unnecessary Extra Work

This is a great price for a very nice compact drone, with some unnecessary headaches. The drone I received was in the original box, but only included the RC remote, drone and battery. No instructions, extra props or other accessories. Unfortunately, it was still bound to another account and I did a factory reset prior to unbinding it. This resulted in me having to jump through a lot of extra/painful steps to get it unbound. DO yourself a favor and check to see if the one you get is bound to an account and go through the steps to unbind it prior to resetting or logging yourself in (see link). https://support.dji.com/help/content?customId=en-us03400006568&spaceId=34&re=US&lang=en&documentType=artical&paperDocType=paper
