Geek Squad Dropped The Ball

When it arrived, it honestly looked to be in excellent condition. However, once I booted it up I found that it was bound to another account and it also had a hardware malfunction that prevented it from even taking off. The fact that this wasn’t screened for by the Geek Squad is concerning. So many negative reviews have been written. You would think they would have a standard protocol to ensure that any drones being sold would meet a certain criteria before being sent to consumers. Thats your job, but I guess not. 1 star Geek Squad.

Missing Controller

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought both this and FPV at same time both open box with total tech discount save tons of money got this one missing both props and remote all together took it into storeand manager said i never ahould have received it, the box had a recycling sticker on it he told me it was supposed to be sent back to DJI little disappointed there but it looks like its hit or miss with there open box stuff it should be better

Well it didn’t have original packaging or batteries so I figured it wasn’t meant to be and got a pro instead. I mean you get what you pay for that’s why it’s marked down just gotta take the chance

Geek Squad Messed Up

The issue is Geek Squad put in the wrong hardware (screws & propellers) for the drone. The screws provided were much larger and if I hadn't also purchased the Fly More Bundle, I wouldn't have had enough hardware to even test the drone.
