I hate to just call it a toy but for me that's kinda what it is. I'm no pro film maker so I know I don't use it to the limit but for the little stuff I do it's great. I do hate how Cali is with all the laws and crap but it's not a deal breaker. Even if you follow all the rules it's still a cool thing to own. The only think is I wish I used it more. It is very easy to fly and so smart that you don't need to be a pro at all. If you have the cash and are on the fence just get it.

Coming from a phantom 3 advanced. This is much easier to transport, video is better and numerous new features.

Being new to drones, I reviewed all the major models and decided to get the Mavic Air. It was a great decision and would not go with another drone if had to choose again. Make sure to review the many You Tube videos before unpacking and especially before your first flight as the info DJI provides in the box is limited and not very thorough. Unlike most things where you can easily get by not looking at directions, you really should take your time with the Mavic Air if your a newer drone user.

I love this drone. The camera quality is excellent. It is very durable and easy to use. Definitely worth the money.

Easy to fly and manipulate. Great pictures and the fact that has 3 batteries it makes easy to outdoors.

I love it! I am glad I bought this model with the 4K camera and the front, back and rear radar! Very easy to set up and fly!

the Mavic Air is truly a phenomenal camera for the price! The 4k video and 12mp stills look sharp, the 120p slo mo is incredibly useful if not a little mushy and active track ends up being a more valuable feature than you'd think. The one thing that painfully lets this drone down though is its connection tech. The Mavic Air uses "Enhanced WIFI" rather than DJI's much more stable Occusync 2 tech which means that you're only getting at best about 3000ft of range before the drone becomes completely un-pilotable and initiates return to home. Compare that to the Mavic 2 Pro or Mavic Air 2 that is able to go well over 2 miles with not even a stutter in its video feed. Its unfortunate for the Mavic Air to say the least.

This drone has an awesome camera and once you learn how to drive it, which takes quite a bit of practice, it is a lot of fun! Unfortunately for me I like a manual that actually tells me something, but this doesn't come with that. There's a manual, its just useless. I have to go to YouTube and search for how to use all the features. I couldn't even figure out how to charge the remote until I searched it up on YouTube - and I'm not the only one. But the product itself is awesome.

I’m a professional photographer and while this drone is Awesome, the image quality of the stills, were not as good as I had hoped for commercial use Easy to fly and just craft crash it. The sensors are amazing and range is fantastic

I have been wanting to purchase a drone for a few years but held off because a good one would be so expensive. I finally broke down and purchased the Mavic Air and not disappointed at all. Pictures and videos are amazing! My only complaint is that the battery for the drone only lasts around 20 minutes but I bought the bundle that included 2 extra batteries so I just pop one in when one drains out. Remote control is very simple to use as well.

This is my first drone and I could fly it as soon as the batteries charged. Records good video and takes good pictures. I'm sure once I get used to the settings they'll both get better. My only issue is getting the videos downloaded to a computer or iPad. I know it can be done and I'm sure I'm not doing something right...

Awesome drone, and the fly more kit is well worth it. Produces pro grade video, especially for the size!

This thing is awesome. Easy to fly, and lots of sensors to protect it. Also takes great pictures and 4k video.

This drone is superb, flying it is a breeze and the 4K camera is awesome.
