excellent product, the images quality are awesome.

Well priced, new and all equipment has functioned perfectly.

The product seems fine for all that I know of drones since this is my first one. But I was routinely flying it you’re a small metro downtown area and while flying it all the sudden a pole appeared on the screen and my drone crashed. Going through the warranty process so far has not been very easy. It seems that they don’t want you to call them or even chat with them and they don’t want to give you any information as far as whether or not they’re going to cover the damage. I feel that it was a malfunction since it’s supposed to avoid obstacles the way I remember it Happening is clear sky and then all of a sudden hey cellular tower is on the screen and through the camera I could see the drone going down it almost seems as if it veered into the tower.

Bought this drone for work. Pretty easy to get the hang with but when the battery gets around 40% you need to try an get it to land quickly in a open area. I let it go below 40% an was around trees an it desides it wanted to go to the home take off point an shoot up into a tree.

My first drone. There are so many minor and major things to learn and know to make it fly. I spend hours and days trying to make it work. It would have been great if a simple hands on class (on setting it up and flying it) was offered. I spend hours on You Tube watching tutorials.

This thing is amazing. Portable and it all fits in the bag. This is the way to go. No need to lug around a huge heavy drone. This drone is fantastic. Watch YouTube videos on set up and how to pack it in the bag. I used to own the phantom 4 but that was like flying a table and it was so heavy to carry around. This you can carry over your shoulder in a bag the size of a purse or a man purse :)

The camera wouldn’t work. I suggest reading the manual and watching the instructional video on correct setup and operation. I feel like there may have been something that I missed that could have resulted in problems and ultimately had to send it back to the manufacturer, but the warranty is excellent

I know these are generally nice drones, but i got a defective one. Had to return it. Great price/value and customer service from best buy

As stated above the camera ceased functioning the first week of flying. The sales people at Best Buy were NO HELP. Very dissatisfied!!!

It wouldn’t connect to the remote to fly had to return the next day got the zoom Instead and love it!

I literally both it about 2 weeks and I just used it twice and the camera broke

To many lock out areas can’t use freely. Could not even use it in my backyard

Good quality, easy to fly and excellent brand, trying to get a new one.

Received the drone and it is very easy to fly. Within the first day, I was taking it on nice flights shooting video and taking pictures. This is where it went bad. The Gimbal started to try and calibrate/reset itself during flight. Have video evidence. Called DJI and explained the issue and they recommended sending it back for analysis. They provide the shipping label and make it easy. Once they received it they sent me an invoice for $230 to fix the Gimbal Bracket and two arms????? I had to dispute the invoice and now we are going back and forth on this issue and I am without a drone within 48 hours of owning it. Should have just exchanged it and not bothered with DJI at all. Still waiting on the outcome and I'm out $1400 until it's decided. They are probably going to 'out wait' me and I"ll wind up paying just to get it back. The flight records show all this and have been sync'd. Can't believe it's taking this long.

The Mavic Pro Platinum is a very portable photography platform that captures good photos.

I have the DJI Tello as my starter drone and moved to the Mavic Pro Platinum. This was the best thing I could ever do, I was blown away on the looks, easy setup, flight time, camera, controller, and features. I highly recommend this drone.
