Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.only 2 complaints: the instructions that come with it doesn't give enough info for all the things that you can do with it, just the basics. you have to go to YouTube for hints from people that own one. the other gripe that I have is that one of the three batteries that came with it will not take a charge. the only option that Best Buy and DJI gave to fix that is to return THE WHOLE KIT, which is rather asinine, I think. But, with some vacations coming up I didn't want to wait for a possible 2+ week turn around time to get a new combo kit.

Love maverick and Best Buy, DJI has issues

The would not let me buy extended care and in fact wanted more. I had not even flown it yet. Only way to get extended care was to do a bunch of paperwork and take a 20 minute video. Showing it functions (like anyone with halve a brain could borrow a friends for a fake video) based on pure principal I refused to do it. Mavic works great and it is super quiet. I sold my Phantom because noise was to much and didn’t like everyone knowing I was flying. I would recommend the Mavic but make sure you order extra care when you register it with DJI they suck.
