Adds great value if you use mobile for capturing video's specially. Magnet is solid does not fall off when connected to the base. Only Con is that for bigger phones you have to remove the case to fit the magnetic mount for a snug fit.

It’s a good camera stabilizer but customer service sucks and so do the people who sold me it. Told me I had 30 days to return it and I brought it back within 30 days and they told me I only had 15 days. Want able to get a refund

Takes practice, but makes taking videos and pictures fun. You do have to work at it initially because it does have a personality you have to understand. Cyborg yourself! If you don't like get the DJI Pocket instead.

While it's a really good tool, I'll admit it wasn't helpful for what I needed to do... but I will be using it for all that it does do. I the magnet for quickly using the phone and being able to put the phone back without losing its balanced position.

I purchased this to record my sons basketball games. I do not recommend it for anything where you will have to move it quickly. If you are using it for slow moving shots, it is a great product.

Solid stabilization for iPhone 12 Pro Max. Used it for work to show clients a commercial real estate development. Even if you do not use the DJI app, the stabilization and controls are still very useful. Worth it.

This is such a cool to for video recording with Android and iOS devices. It is took some time to learn the functions and capabilities, but I love this! I have used this for so many events!

Everything seems to work as it should, it seems to accept my iphone 12 Pro Max but with the case it barely hold it so make sure you have a thin case just in case it fall from the clamp. Was a little pricey but we will see how long it last.

I purchased this to capture some good photos and video footage while we were exploring Colorado for 7 days and it was really cool. Lots of different settings to capture awesome content.

DJI OM4 is the first smartphone gimbal I have ever used, and I must say I’m very much impressed by what it offers. I’m not a very active smartphone videographer myself, but recently after getting a dog and going for more hikings etc. I was finding myself creating more and more videos in different “dynamic” conditions. I was content with what my smartphone was offering in terms of video stabilizations, and so I was a bit sceptical on how much improvement a separate contraption will offer. But once I set up the OM4 and started using it, I found it offered a lot of improvements in terms of stable video quality and convenience, and created a ton of opportunities to explore innovative videography. Most of the capability of the system is tied to the DJI Mimo app which allows access to most of the physical buttons on the gimbal. The app design is intuitive and easy to use, and has a lot of video tutorials to get you going. However, if you don’t want to use the DJI app, then on the video start and photo buttons are only usable. The gimbal carries the usually great build quality expected from DJI. It’s made mostly out of plastic, which feels sturdy. The weight is not very high and the overall balance is good. If the smartphone is properly positioned it can be used comfortably for quite a long time. In terms of smartphone mounting, the OM4 offers two interesting solutions: both are magnetic on the OM4 end, but for the smartphone either a clamp, or an adhesive-based ring holder can be used. The clamp offers a temporary solution so smartphones can be easily swapped out. But if you have a thick case, or if you have power/volume etc. buttons near the middle of the phone, then it creates an inconvenience. If that’s the case, you have to use the ring holder, which has to be attached via adhesive and hence it’s a long-term solution. There are two ring holders in the box. Here, the downside is if you have a phone that supports wireless charging, then you lose that ability. So before you buy, consider these trade-offs. From a capability standpoint the OM4 offers a lot: a joystick enables smooth tilting/panning the smartphone, and a zoom slider. There are 4 predefined operating modes too. From the app, there are some useful modes like follow, spin-shot etc. I really enjoyed using the OM4 gimbal and like the overall build, performance, and capability. However, I fear the mounting options may not be suitable for some users.

Works amazing! Was a little tricky to get used to using and I wish it was slightly bigger to hold a iphone 12 pro max a little better. It works but works better with a smaller phone.

LOVE IT... I actually do a LOT of filming atop roof, or really high buildings, so i do notice that really high gusts and winds make it tricky to get a smooth pan, but it still comes out great....

Just what I needed for car meet videos! Took a bit to figure out setting it up and still leaning the toggle and the features of the follow/tracking ability. But for the price no complaints!

For on the go it ok product between the phone camera app and the dji app just wish the dji app would support live streaming and the mabe the cameras form the samsung galaxy s21 ultra

Great steadiness only problems are with larger phones if you keep the case on it hits the arm preventing full range of motion, and you’re not supposed to use the magnet ring on cases making it obsolete if you’re not a naked phone person

The OM4 is a good, solid upgrade to the Mobile 3. It's smaller and uses a much better magnetic clamping system. That definitely makes balancing the gimbal easier.

Needs to be frequently recalibrated to stay still and level, and getting the balance just right is still an issue as with v3. Good tool, though, but frustrating until you know what to really expect.

It's a great product, but the app isn't good enough. I'm an Android user and the phone has a nice camera, but whatever I take through their app doesn't look right. I hope I can use the default camera app with this product.

The gimbal is good but it might be a bit overwhelming for someone who never used one. I feel sometimes the iphone is so good that it almost easier not to even use one unless you really want to put in the effort.

This thing has some pretty cool features but all in all it’s a lil bit hokey to be honest. I’ve probably only used it 3 times since I’ve bought it
