I had to return because it was hard to use, I have the magic air 2 so I can use that to take better pics etc. dji om4 feels bulky in hand and controls not easy

Not ideal for big phone like Samsung note. I trues with my Samsung note 20 but can't work. Specially the application works fine with ios devices.

Didn’t track very well for native phone apps like FaceTime only for their app which is used for creating video and not phone calls.

The dji works well it helps with what ever your trying to record it does a great job in helping your self out on getting good shots

I got the OM4 and it worked only for a couple of months until the motor gave up. I’m thankful to have taken a lot of awesome photos and videos with it in its short time. I didn’t want to deal with their customer service so I replaced it with an OM3 which I like better. The OM4 magnet/iPhone 12 Pro Max came off when I accidentally swung it hard. I don’t use their DJI app (just the built-in Apple Camera app).

Try cumbersome. I thought this would replace my original Osmo but although the software is nice, kinda weird to hold.

First time trying out a mobile Gimbal, this one did not meet my expectations, and I returned it to the store. I understand that it's considered the best on the market, but for me I couldn't justify the price. Wonky app and it only has options for 4k30hz, 1080p60hz and 1080p30hz. Despite the fact my phone records in 4k60hz. So all of the neat features that come with the device aren't applicable if you want to record in the highest quality.

Does not fit larger phones. Motor on gimbal is very weak only good for small phones.

I wanted to like this but unfortunately I cannot recommend it. When it works it works nicely, but Depending on your movement it is very hard to keep it stable and it disconnected from my cell phone many times.Reading the reviews now after I purchased it I can see that I am not alone. My searches on to find something more usable.

It is functional but it adds more weight than the phone itself. Have to return.

Works great with iPhone 11...but there is a major issue. It doesn't support iPhone 12 per DJI website. Total waste of money if you plan to upgrade your iPhone. If you will stay on an old iPhone then it works great.

I'd give this thing negative stars if I could. Just bought this from Best Buy. Bring it home charge it up. Phone is fully charged. I connect it. Blutooth drops. Time and time again it drops connection after about 5-10 secs. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, Reboot my phone, reset app preferences on my galaxy. Done everything I could think to do. Nothing will work. If their support can't help me tomorrow, (since they are off on weekends) then Tues afternoon this thing is going back. This seems to be a very common problem after doing some research.
