I didn't have time to figure it out so I returned it. This would be useful to someone who does youtube and social media videos. You can box in a subject and it will follow you as you move and keep you in the center. It's a pretty cool little stabilizer an I might buy it again some day.

This gimbal was exactly what she needed and she loves it! It's very easy to use and performs just as well as significantly more expensive gimbals. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to boost their smartphone cinematography skills!

Really really good gimbal

Although I'm not very savy at learning new tech, especially with this gimbal because there is so many functions, but for my use, the videos I captured turned out beautiful. I can't imagine what someone who had the time and energy to learn all it's capabilities could do with it. I think with some time, you could probably make a pretty good movie. The app gives so many options.

Also, I paid $399 for it. I have recently purchased the osmo 5. I have seen and love the upgrades. It’s lighter and I love the magnetic clip. I wish that it allowed you to mute the mic during recording. Also i noticed the button that is used to follow the object has a little more play in it. Overall, I’m still learning and adjusting to the new features.
