I had a hard time getting the Osmo connected to my phone and staying connected sometimes. It would repeatedly say it lost connection and the DJI app is pretty buggy. If you can get it to connect and stay connected the video is great but at the time I purchased it I was not able to shoot 4K video at 60fps as the iPhone XS can do. This might have changed if they updated the app.

I love both this device and the price. People who bought the earlier model are jealous because this is so cost-effective and feature rich. Also, loads of great tutorials and tips on YouTube for the OSMO2.

I’ve used this gimbal on my trip to Spain and Italy. Fit in my backpack and cleared TSA and customs without issue. Took amazing videos with steady pan and tilt footage. Great device for the price

The DJI Osmo 2 definitely takes your videography to the next level. Stabilization is awesome. The time lapse feature is also cool. Would buy again.

Very steady shot, reliable, good battery life usually last longer than my cell phone either a Samsung s10, or an iPhone XR. It does very well for what is intended, no complains

Being in media and required to regularly manage multiple social media portals, the on-the-go stabilization the OSMO 2 brings to the table is great. Setup related to balancing your device takes a bit of getting used to but once you've fig it out it's super easy. The only downside I've found is the load it puts on my phone's batteries, You have to consider the app, cam and bluetooth are all working overtime. And remember since you're on a gimbal you can't simply plug in a corded batt booster to your phone. Point being if you're on a shoot you'll need to apply accordingly.

I am a full time videographer and I was asked to take professional VERTICAL video for Instagram stories during a big event. The problem is that with the iPhone 8+ mounted vertically, if you tilt down at all, you can see the gimbal. It was nearly impressive to get a good long shot with a lot of movement without seeing the gimbal. Horizontally it works great. I don’t like that it can’t turn 360 degrees. That’s limits motion time lapse. Also wish the app would let you customize your camera settings more. For the price, and for shooting vertically, it’s worth it.

Package arrived quickly, packaging was very nice. Fun item to use when shooting video with my mobile phone. Works really well and feels like good quality.

So far it works well for what it does. It does take time to understand and get it to work properly but once you do it’s a great entry level gimbal

I've looked at people posting videos without a gimbal and this will change your video recording game in a whole new way. iPhones and other smart phones havee high level cameras now to have this now.

I love now my videos and photographs come out with a better resolution, and that the stability is super fantastic and in sport mode it is spectacular. Of course I recommend this product

First off, i shoot a lot of cars. Having this opens up your abilities to do more creative stuff. Even done rolling videos of cars. The app works great and has a lot of features and even a tab to create a mini movie using your pictures and videos . Using an iPhone 8 plus, its a large phone, tried using it with the case but the arm clamps wouldn’t fit, you have to run without a phone case, so catuionis recommded. Thanks to the double camera lens the image image quality is excellent and it almost seem as if you have a sony or canon camera. Great buy.

Great features with the app. The stabilization function works great. Love making timelapse and motion timelapse. Pretty simple to use. Price is great.

Being a DJI drone owner I was fascinated when this gimble showed up at only $130, so I had to get one. It does just what it's supposed to and the DJI software was something I already knew. As with drones, you better read and understand the instructions and watch some videos, or you'll be whining and frustrated. It takes a little time and effort to move past sort of good to "dang that's cool" and start getting true steady can results.

I only owned this for a few days before I return it to get the Osmo pocket IMHO this works great and the apps are easy to use and theres an application where the phone will track you

The is the third osmo gimbal I’ve owned and probably my favorite. I love how fast and easy it is to set up. Definitely comes in handy more than I thought.

Dji makes great products and this is no exception. I really love this product and the fact that I can use my cell phone and take great pictures. Also for the price this is a great product.

This device turns your iPhone or other smart phone into a fully stabilized mirrorless slr. It has buttons for everything from zooming to selfies. It has many auto tracking functions that enhance your videos in a way that you had to have a flying drone to do before this device. It is a little challenging to set up the first time and did require me to remove the case from my iPhone X max to use. It’s worth it.

Great images can be had with this Gimbal. It fits my iPhone 7plus and if using a different app, like filmic pro, its integraded well.

Works great takes clear shake free footage. I have the osmo 4K as well and love them both. I only wish you could save the video directly to an sd card instead of to the phone.
