Excellent in all departments. I reduce 1 star for the difference in the apps for android and ios. Its 2018, there is no excuse for that. other than that the setup is easy, Worked well with my oneplus 5t. no app issues. I sometimes skip the dji app and shoot with my google camera app and use the gimbal just to stabilize. the track feature works most of the time. so does the panoramic shots. Overall a "Best" buy. :P

if you are only stabilizing your phone this is great. Don't get it if you have accessories as it will de-stabilize. Works best with no case even on plus sized phones.

Very high quality the only problem is doesn’t turn 360° I just returned & I bought the Freevision Vilta m much better & same price.

Had to make some adjustments to the padding because I'm using it with a moment 18mm lens and phone case. Works great after

I bought this product with the intention of using it with my phone to record my nephew's Jiu Jitsu matches. The product works as is suppose to work. Unfortunately with not being able to get as close to the mats as I need to make this product effective, I ended up getting rid of this item. I would say this product's performance can go as far as the phone it is being used with. I will say the short time I did use this item, it wasn't the most intuitive.

Works very well and is easy to set up. Software integrates pretty good with the phone. Can’t use phone case with Apple 8.

I really liked this product. It is very easy to use and control. Although, the one that I got from store has bad battery. This gimbals supposed to have good battery time. But I had to charge it almost every two times after I use it. And I don’t use it for hours, when I do. Maybe the product that I got is bad, I don’t know the rest. Because, the battery is the only issue in mine. I wish I would have time to replace it sooner, after my purchase.

If your wanting to take stable videos this is the device to your setup was pretty easy and will be a great device to add for your media projects

Helps to stabilize pictures in various situations. Has some quirks which takes time to get accustomed to.

This is my first experience with a gimbal and I am very satisfied. After I show videos two friends and they immediately ordered it. Is easy to use. The application is super friendly.

Definitely worth the money. Took on a trip to Cancun and the videos on my iPhone X look smooth and amazing. Add on top that it has its own editing software built in to the app

My hands are shaky but with this I can shoot smooth video like a pro. I combine this with my 6t.... And baaam got awesome footage. Love the extra features like the hyperlapse.

The fact that the professional photographer I work with recommended this gimbal speaks volumes. Sadly, getting it calibrated with your phone is rather difficult, and not something you can do in a snap for an in-the-moment vid. That being said, I have used this on boats on the open ocean going 60mph utilizing the tracking feature, and it is AWESOME. I haven't used the DJI app to its fullest yet, but I am very happy with my purchase. Exactly what I wanted it to do for me. (Used in tandem with iPhone 7+)

I haven't use this product much, but my family loves it. We used oon on our family vacation as well as general outiings.

Super easy to set up and the battery lasts really long. It fit decently in my pocket but also comes with a clutch-bag-esque carrying case with handle that's not bad either.

So I bought this gimble to use on photo shoots and while going to cons and such using my iPhone xs max. The product does work however ..... If its a large phone it struggles alot! I bought this no more then a day or so ago before writing this review and I may end up taking it back and trying to get a Osmo pocket instead. This unit if you have a smaller phone would work great however most people now go for large phones and this gimble just cant keep up with the size. I have used it for several hours trying to see if I can get it to stabilize and to work as its meant to but the problem still remains it works really hard when it shouldnt have to. I would think that DJI would have fixed the large phone issue but as they did make it better from what I have read from its former counterpart it still has a huge problem with big phones. Kind of dissapointed becaues I wanted to use this at a con next month. I may just return it and get an osmo pocket off amazon. Great gimble if you have a smaller footprint phone. Not so great with anything bigger then and iPhone xs or smaller device.

A WD 4TB Easystor Exterior HD at under $100... This is a no brainer. This is an excellent product, easy to use and well designed with flexible back up software. VERY pleased

It's my first experience with a gimble and it was a very pleasant one. The product was easy to use, and once you get acquainted with it, you can do a lot of things with it.
