I use it mostly to record my children during different activities and the results are very good. However, when using the motion lapse option, after 30-40 seconds, the gimbal has failed every single time. Tried recalibrating, adjusting the phone, etc. but keeps happening. Other than that, seems to do everything else well.

I have an iPhoneXs Max and some reviews said it can still fit with a case - please note that this only applies to smaller, thin cases. I had one of the new otter box cases made for this phone and it did not fit, so I had to switch to one of the apple made cases and it then fit no problem.

Unfortunately, there are some limitations to the max size that the phone clamp can take. We are glad that you were able to find a solution!
