I just set it on my tripod and set the auto tracking and I can sit and watch the game while it does the recording. Since I purchased mine, half of the other parents and coaches have purchased one.

I use it every time I take video with my phone. It keeps my phone stabilised and allows me to increase my zoom range without the wobbling I would normally get with just my hands. I would totally recommend this to anyone you loves recording video.
