The app is simple to use and is very capable. There are a few things the Android app is missing that the iOS app has that I would like to see added to a future release of the DJI GO app (e.g., slow mo).

I bought this to take on vacation, and tried it out the day before I left. Couldn’t get my phone to properly balance, with or without the case. Decided to leave it home. This stick was not intuitive. While it works okay if you're running back facing videos and can track them (to correct the direction of the gimbal), front facing (selfie style) videos were not great. Walking downstairs completely threw this gimbal off. Heavy correction was needed though there weren't any turns that it should have had to follow. It seemed to unbalance easily. I used this for a day, got frustrated with my inability to make it work correctly (I'm not blaming the stick, though it isn't intuitive to use at all), and I returned it.

I bought 1 from bestbuy (Taxes) and the other 1 from DJI Website (No Taxes) I bought 2 because I gave 1 to my sister she goes to trips a lot. It’s really nice to take cool panorama pics, nice for the videos.

I have iPhone 8 plus and Note 9 and it's hard to work with because of size. Now on my iPhone 4s it's awesome the camera is not as good but it does work

I was carrying it around out of its case and it seemed to mess up the stabilization capabilities. So it seems that it's a little more fragile than it appears.
