I bought 6 of these for my social media team and for the most part, they work great. I had one with defective batteries, but I replaced it out for another at Best Buy no problem.

I think it’s a good product for the money. It’s my first phone gimbal and DjI makes good products. You can’t go wrong just be careful with the case it pops open if not careful.

It was a complicated set up to calibrate the device. Like any other DJI prosecutors it’s awesome but I had to return as it’s too bulky.

A Pixel 2 XL just about balances correctly, but with a little counterweight it works great. Smaller phones should have no trouble at all.

I have only had the Osmo Mobile for a day, but setup was easy. I found videos on YouTube to help me. It seems that YouTube is a great resource for all things DJI Osmo Mobile 2. I bought it for a family vacation and I'm sure it will be a big hit.

2nd gen osmo mobile. Its great to have a gimbal for such price. You shud check out newer gimbals now.

I'm into film and video production. You'll have a blast using this I promise you. Be patient you'll have some learning to do to become a master in using this effectively and efficiently.

Our grandkids are involved in so many things. This is great for filming from the back of the church without standing or running along the side of the field for flag football. It keeps your camera stabil so there's no more shakey videos.

This device works great if you have a small phone. I was using an iphone 7 plus and it just didn't work for me. Having to take the case off in order to use it was more of a hassle than I thought it would be. If you're not using a case on your phone you will be fine. I wish the designers would have created it this device with phone cases in mind.

... if you're figuring out how to use a gimbal with an iPhone. I eventually upgraded to the Osmo Mobile 3, which is a superior successor to this unit.

Was able to use the Osmo moble 2 with the IPhone X encased with an Otterbox. Had to balance it with the farthest setting. The Osmo phone clip does not cover the whole width of the case, but it does hold the phone snuggly.

Loved shooting with it but usage is more limited if you have an iPhone XS Max with a case. Though it worked, battery drained much quicker due to the added weight and motors overworking. Great product and app in general.

As long as you have a great running phone that Osmo mobile does fantastic! No issues found. It even had a tracking mode just highlight someone on the phone screen and it will be your own personal camera person!

Everything was perfect about it. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the fact that I had to balance my phone on it every time I wanted to use it.

It would be nice if the manual was just a little more thorough... But, you can poke around and see what the icons do... learn to calibrate and practice!!!

This is my first gimbal I've purchased. App is really complicated to setup for some reason almost returned it. Once I figured it out it works flawlessly. movement is fluid even when walk-in carelessly.

My friend and I each bought these for our coast to coast trip across country. I can not recommend this enough! Great tracking, smooth shots. The app needs some improvements but this still deserves 5 stars!

It is a reliable gimbal unit. It reacts to the commands very well and it feels sturdy when it is being operated

This is a no brainer purchase for getting a cinema quality shot out of your mobile device. I love that every time I upgrade my phone this device gets better because the camera quality gets better!

My kids get all the high tech stuff, and I write the reviews....hmmm. Kid is happy so I have nothing to complain about. He even used his own money so I’m extremely happy with this purchase
