I was having trouble setting up the app and getting my phone balanced in the gimbal, so I called the USA tech support phone number, hoping an expert could walk me through solutions. Instead I found out that all DJI tech support goes through China and good luck trying to understand what is being said in heavily broken English. It was too much for me to think that I'd be going through this kind of poor experience anytime I called so I returned the DJI gimbal and am awaiting release of EVO's newest gimbal.

Even with smaller phones that would work with it, it's definitely a learning experience. Not something easy to just pick up. Watch lots of YouTube videos.

Unfortunately there are weight and balance limits that have to be set in order to keep the overall weight and battery consumption down. With the large size of the Note 9, the OM2 will have some difficulty balancing the phones weight.

It doesn't take quick movements very well, it'll just go limp. So if you're looking to track quick subjects, look elsewhere. Charging by micro sd is also a bummer.
